Through my work in urban renewal — both as a lawyer and from the developer’s side — I learned how much a small detail can affect a large project.
A measurement, a plan, coordination with an apartment owner, or a piece of information that was not managed correctly can all become significant points of friction later in the process.
When we built GeoState, we wanted to create a company that understands the full picture. Not only how to arrive on site and measure, but what the developer ultimately needs to receive, how the information should be structured, how to work correctly with apartment owners and how to create a process the client can trust.
